Can't access Sky Stream activation screen as 'page is restricted'
Sorry to bother everyone but I'm getting zero help from Sky team. I have a new puck and in set up I need to enter the 6 digit code into the activation screnn; unfortunately I am unable to access the page as a note comes up saying the page is 'restricted' and gives me a link to a useless Sky.com page... any thoughts on getting out of this nightmare? Many thanks

@SRGRAYSTON Are you logging into your Sky account before using the link? Are you also using the correct Sky ID when logging in?

Hi...Many thanks for your suggestion. I followed up and worked through the issue again however it did not become resolved. The issue has however been resolved as it was not a technical problem rather a contractual one as I was migrating from Sky+ to Sky Stream (following a house move) and there was a complete lack of information relating to internal Sky Team lead times for the relevant data to be updated. Anyway, thanks again.
