Can't access Discovery Plus through Sky streaming

Ever since we moved over to Sky Streaming we have had problems accessing Discovery +. We should get it free because we have Paramount Plus  and HBO etc. Every time we try and open Discovery + it asks us to re-subscribe even though our Sky and Discovery plus accounts are linked. Spent 3 hours on the phone with Sky and they couldn't find the problem. Spoke to Discovery + and they issued a free pass which worked fine until it ran out, they won't issue a longer pass. Never had a problem when we had Sky Q. Anyone else had issues?

Hi @swhit26 I note you moved to the streaming platform from Sky Q.  When you move over all your Marketplace subscriptions are cancelled so you have to re-register (see the THIS link) 

 

You can re-registered by doing the following:  Use the voice command "My Sky" and then select the following:  your products / (enter your PIN) / App Subscriptions / Current / and then Discovery + Entertainment.  Hopefully it will say £0 per month whilst you have a Sky TV subscription.  If so select Activate subscription.
