Can I use one remote for two pucks
I have sky stream in two rooms in my house. The remote has stopped working in the living room, I've contacted sky about a replacement and am waiting to hear back. However in the meantime can I pair the remote from the bedroom to the living room? I've tried pressing the 7&9 and then 1&3 to pair them. But I'm guessing as the old remote is still paired it's not letting me do this. Is it possible or am I just left with no access to sky in the living room all weekend?

Re: Can I use one remote for two pucks
You cannot share the remote as you are describing.
Go through this help article for your broken remote control.
If it does not fix your problem, you can order a replacement remote using the online form in this help article:

If you have a previous Sky Q remote, you can pair that to your Sky Stream puck.
Most but not all function buttons work.

Re: Can I use one remote for two pucks
@Leesa the remotes can only be paired using bluetooth with one puck at a time but can operate multiple pucks if in infra red mode but voice search wont work on either puck You can unpair the remote by pressing 7 & 9 togrther for 3 seconds the remote should be in infrared mode. You can pair the remote to a puck by pressing and hokding 1 & 3 together again for 3 seconds and wait until the screen confirms the remote has connected.
If tge remote is programmedcto control the volume and power for a TV thst will of courseconly work for the TV you set it up to control

Re: Can I use one remote for two pucks
Thank you so much. I'll try this. Otherwise it'll be a long weekend with no sky for a toddler!

Re: Can I use one remote for two pucks
Thank you, as I said in the post I've done all that and contacted sky for a replacement. My concern is something for the interim.

just for when the new remote comes. Will I have an issue pairing it to the pick in the living room when the old broken one is paired or will this override the original one?

@Leesa shouldn't be a problem pairing a new remote breaks the old pairing.
