Having worked fine for months I'm having issues with a puck in the lounge.
sat on the sofa I get 350mbps via Fast.com. But the sky stream is constantly glitching and Netflix reports 0.5mbps.
if I connect a booster to the puck by WiFi it's fine.
any ideas? Router is elevated & only about 3m away. Puck has been fully reset and issue remains.

So this is now resolved
removing the Sky WiFi max pod didn't help, still 0.3mbps on stream puck, also very inconsistent connection reliability on other devices.
I performed a factory reset on the wifi max hub and now the pucks are back up to around 400mbps, the max pod is online and I'm getting good speeds around the house again, and device inconsistency in connection is sorted.
the nuclear "turn it off & on again has done the trick"
I had tried powerline options but the max pod provides 4x better speeds (the PS5 that gets 30mbps on WiFi, got 50mbps on powerline, now gets 462mbps via an Ethernet to the max pod)

Do you need the booster ? They are quite often counter productive .....
if you do need the booster for your setup then maybe try a set of inexpensive powerline adapters to connect the puck straight to the router
you could also try turning off the WiFi in the settings if you are connecting to the booster via ethernet

Re: Sky stream 0.5mpbs - but 500mbps sky broadband!
WiFi is a strange thing. I moved address last Saturday and tested my WiFi on various devices and got the following variable download results which were all taken within a 5 minute period.:
Apple TV = 476
Macbook = 420
iPhone 15 Pro Max = 415
Stream / Netflix = 259
As can be seen there is a large variation between devices but Stream comes last by a long way in this not very scientific test.

That's great news @carlg75 . A reboot is generally the first thing to do when any device starts to misbehave. I regularly reboot my Stream puck, iPhone, laptop and occasionally the router and believe this is one of the reasons I have so few issues.

Indeed a standard reboot across the entire stack was my first action, I just don't tend to like doing a factory reset which is the action that fixed it here.

Re: Sky stream 0.5mpbs - but 500mbps sky broadband!
Hi just relifing this topic.
on Ethernet I get a max connection of 71.45mbps whereas on WiFi I get 345.
Is the puck limited to a 10/100 Ethernet or should I be seeing faster on Ethernet?

The ethernet port is limited to 100 Mbps. However 100 Mbps is more than enough for the Sky streaming platform to function correctly.
