Can I use my sky puck in my touring caravan WiFi

I wondered if anyone used their puck in caravan as we have WiFi in it touring caravan do we are never in same place

@Moyra216  If the caravan is not the registered address on your sky account then you can't use it as it would be in breach of your sky contract which prohibits use outside the registered location

I've ran Sky Stream off my 5G Mobile via a WiFi hotspot before and it worked fine.

Under the Stream T&C's, you're only allowed to use it at your registered address so if Sky cotton on, they could block your account and puck for a breach of those terms and conditions.

No they mean can they use a Sky Stream Puck in a touring caravan they say they are never in the same place so the answer is no.

Unless the caravan is set in concrete at their registered home address.

Sky Go would have been the appropriate reply @Exiled-in-HH

@Exiled-in-HH WiFi hotspot to a mobile phone 👌🏻

I do this on holiday with a Roku and I've done with Stream Puck when our internet went down for a couple of hours. Sky even gave me my data back and some more as a bonus when the internet went down. They're good lads 😁

You can get fancy caravans and mobile homes these days which have 4G and 5G antennas built in, and distribute WiFi internally. 

Alternatively you could get a portable Starlink kit. 

Many options are available. Not as cheap or reliable as most in-home broadband, but perfectly useable when on the move.

Technically it might work, but I don't think it's compliant with the contract for Sky Stream which is for a single registered address. You may be better off using Sky Go or NOW.

Note the above isn't a legal mechanism for getting around the terms and conditions it's a penalty for breaching them
