Trying to buy an extra Puck. Should be easy, but isn't. Online Chatbot doesn't recognise word "Puck" and I just keep going round in circles. Happens on the phone menu too for the same reason.

Answer the Chatbot as follows:
Say about sky glass / Stream
Say it’s something else
Say NO when asked about using the web link
I have also read on the forum that if you just say noting at all it will eventually put you through to an adviser but I haven't tried this method.

Note that since 23rd February 2023 all pucks supplied by Sky are on loan.
