Build updated to: QS036.021.01P Now keep seeing ‘please wait for your program to load’
Just went out the room while watching Sky News and came back to a blue screen. Tried another channel and it went to a black screen. I did a software restart device and it's come back on but I keep getting the 'please wait for your program to load' for a bit and then the channel starts. Not had this regular channel start delay before so checked the build version and it must have updated today from Build: QS036.019.00P to QS036.021.01P. Anyone else got this build now and have same issue?

As I mentioned I already did a restart device from settings which is essentially like unplugging and back in again minus the being off for a while. It's actually a bit better today. No 'please wait' message but does still feel sluggish in both the menu and the delay in showing channels when switching to them. I've got an escalation call going now thanks

There seems to be a handful of other similar posts today on the forum - one user reporting it has returned to normal after 24 hours

Yeah seems to have completely resolved itself this evening. Strange.
