Boxing on TNT Sports Ultimate is a slide show

Trying to watch the boxing on TNT Sports Ultimate and the picture is just a slide show, there is nothing wrong woyh my connection, we have three pucks all of which are connected via ethernet, Sky gigafast in which a few speed test right now have all shown results of between 915-930mbs, both pucks connected to 4K TV's are showing the slide show, there is no issue playing any other UHD channels or content including Sky Sports UHD where Fulham vs Spurs was just watched, switching to TNT Sports 1 is fine so not sure if this will be a issue on Sky or TNT's side, have also power cycled one puck and it makes no difference.

Can't find a way to edit a post, but only thought of this after the original post and just went to TNT Ultimate via Discivery + and it's streaming perfectly, so this appears to be a fault with channel 493 as its still a slide show when checking on the second puck.

Happening for me too. There is a post in the Glass section of the forum.

As per the advice there, email Sky viewer relations on viewerR@sky.uk. The more people who do the quicker it will get resolved.

This is definitely an issue with the 'broadcast' rather than local network issues etc.

@mikealanr thabks for that, I just looked for that  post in the glass section, how on earth can either Sky or TNT not realise that a premium channel is a slide show for what appears to be 48 hours straight 🤦‍♂️

I have the same issue. TNT Sports 1 is ok.  Ultimate is really poor not tried to watch on Discovery plus app

TNT Ultimate seems to be working again for me now.

@mikealanr  Same here the promo loop is playing fine now, I did actually check it this morning and it was a slide show then so this does appear to have been fixed, as I said last night after seeing the post in the Glass section it's just shocking that this has taken 3 days to fix.
