Box constantly freezes

A source fed up - black box constantly freeing and having to unplug and wait for it to reload then freeze again.  Worst thing I ever did joining Sky.

Have you checked your broadband? It's normally the cause of most issues with Sky Stream. 

The Stream puck relies entirely on you providing a fast, stable and constant connection to Sky's servers so you need to check it's actually receiving a good enough signal. To do this, open the Netflix app on the puck, navigate to the get help menu (top left) and run a network check. 

Your speed needs to be 25Mbps absolute minimum to have any chance of a service.
