Puck is frozen

So at first the puck wouldn't switch on but finally managed to get it to after lots of switching off and unplugging and retrying. But now when it loads we just get stuck on the Sky homepage. Can turn the volume up and down so the remote is working. It has been tempramental for the last couple of weeks and is about 2 years old. Would love to speak to someone from sky?!

Thanks, ended up resetting the router. It is all working, but sometimes it is slow on the homescreen now.  S
