I took your advice and have now been told that I can watch it in UHD or on Sky Go as the episode has not been loaded in HD. 🤞 it won't take too long

Hi @GP34 I can't be sure why you are having issues with this particular episode as it is clearly showing on my playlist (previously watched).

 

I would send an email to the viewer relations team at [email protected] for them to investigate.
