Sky puck screen goes black and puck freezes

My Sky puck,only had a month keeps either freezing or just goes to black screen. Have to unplug it to re-set it, this seems to be the only way to get it going again. Is this common or a fault with the puck Thanks

It seems to be quite common for some customers, judging by the number of times similar things are posted on here. 

You need to ensure your puck has a constant stable connection to your broadband in order for it to function well. Connecting via ethernet can help with this but if not possible then make sure your WiFi signal is as clean and interference free as possible.
