Hello,

No particular time stamp. The Blender or failure to load/ fault messages are seen every day at any time from start up. After changing channel the messages dissappear. 

Factory reset, etc, doesn't work. 

Having 4 pucks that work well with channel changing suggests a hardware/software problem the one (the oldest I have) showing the odd messages. 🤔

I too get this multiple times per day,  switching channels mostly works but can take a few minutes to show channels.  Two other pucks in same property work fine.  Happened at 14:23 today watching channel 4

Can I ask you to confirm which build version is running on your devices, please?
