Blank screen but puck still on
Hi all I'm having a strange problem today I'm not sure if its a Internet connection issue or a sky stream puck issue but my screen goes blank and will have no sound or picture but if you change channel and go back its ok but will do it again after some time. Also my picture keeps going pixulated. Even on the apps. When I do a check my connection it says everything is fine. So im completely stumped.

First thing is a speed check. Open Netflix on Stream, go to help section, then network check. You'll then see the speed the puck is receiving.
