Blank screeb but menu

When I try load any channel or app I can hear it but I get a black screen but I can see the menu, channel guide etc.

 

I have tried resetting, even gone as far as factory resetting the puck.  Anyone got any ideas?

@GabyL92   It is possible it is down to your setup.  Firstly check your internet speed, you can do this by going to Netflix and in their settings there is a speed test, you need a minimum of 25 mpbs, or ideally over 35 mpbs especially if you watch in UHD.  Secondly adjust your puck position.  Ensure it is not sat on anything other than the shelf and nothing is touching it for about 6 inches all around.  See if that sorts it.
