Blank screen

I have sky stream 

the screen randomly goes blank for a few seconds, we can still hear the sound in the background. It is definitely getting more frequent and I have followed all steps in the guide online 

it's very frustrating 

any help would be appreciated

@JC2S   Sorry to hear of your problem.  It would be useful to know what you have tried so we can see if you have missed something.  Internet speed and puck positioning are common causes.
