Black screen

When watching sky max half way through the pictures went black but i still had sound why

Was this on live TV or watching specific on demand show? Try a reboot in the first instance. If persists please provide more information such as ISP, broadband speed and puck speed (Open Netflix > profile pic > get help? > Connectivity check) and the community will do it's best to assist.

Hi @Lola0909 At a guess you are having trouble with the very last episode of SWAT (S8:E22).  There is a broadcast issue with this programme and it is not a problem at your end.    I have read of others having the same issue and I have it as well.

 

I would report the issue to Viewer Relations at viewerR@Sky.uk giving them as much detail as possible including the programme, series and episode.
