Bizarre delivery
I had a very unaudible conversation yesterday and was told due to being with sky for 2 years they were reducing my bill by £20 and giving me free Netflix. Today a puck and a remote arrived. Checked my account and it's showing as next 3 months reduced bill and free puck. I'm concerned I'll be walloped with a new subscription I absolutely don't need. Any ideas anyone please

Was this a cold call? Did they call you or did you call them? Are you an existing Sky TV, broadband or mobile customer?
They won't just send you a Stream puck without also signing you up to some form of streaming TV subscription.
