Wrong new on sky stream I’m not look east I’m London

I have been told it to do with post code.   But it's wrong news area.  So how do I get around this.

Still no BBC1 London. I've tried some apps. You Tube and Netflix have no sound! Apple TV is fine. I think this may take a while for Sky to fix.

FYI the YouTube app in my TV is fine

@rugrats99  It's likely to do with the massive IT outage in he news, some BBC regions are affected, that being the case you'll get the nearest one until resolved.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
