Bad pixelation every 10 to 15 seconds resulting in an nwatchable program . Present on all channels. Only had Sky for a week and this is appalling. Moved from Virgin because of problems, looks like I have jumped in to the fire.
Any ideas as to how to solve it????

Sky Stream relies entirely on a constant fast and stable broadband connection of 25Mbps minimum in order to function with any form of stability.
To check the speed your puck is receiving (not the speed your router is outputting), open the Netflix app, navigate to the get help menu and run a network check.
