My sky steam puck doesn't work

We have had a few times where hmwe have had to rest out puck. Today it cut out and then had no signal. I've tried resting it. But now it just has a red light. I think it's time for a new puck please.

You'll need to ring Sky and ask for a replacement puck.

Have you been Restarting rather than Resetting?
