@Diane-P  You7've posted about a TV issue in a brpoadband forum, which TV service do you have? Sky Q, Sky Stream?  Sky Glass?

Well the broadband isn't working great I have sky stream

@Diane-P  On Sky stream open Netflix, go to Get help and run the connection test.  What speed are you getting to the puck?
