I've a new Sky Glass and every time i press a button on the remote control, the Sky voice describes what I'm doing.
e.g. Volume up to 6
or Sky Sports channel etc
how do I turn this off?
we have another Sky Glass and have never had this issue before.

Hi @Kerron1
Go settings > accessibility> voice guidance> set of OFF.
If already off power cycle your stream at the mains.
