I subscribe to Sky Stream but when accessing Discovery + I can see what available but when I try to access individual screens I'm being asked to update my subscription. Can someone please help.

How did you activate the Discovery+ service on the Puck?
Are you using an old or new Discovery+ account?

Activated through the QR code but I have since signed out and signed in again through the website but no joy. It's a new Discovery app.

Did you mean new Discovery account rather than app... did you use the same email address for Discovery+ as the Sky account?
Does your Sky account show Discovery+ is activate?
Can you log onto the Discovery+ website .... does it show you are subscribed?

I have a similar problem, Sky have informed me, that they are aware of the problem and are working ( Very slowly ) with Discovery to solve it.
No time line was given.
