Why can't I watch Ary on my sky q box

I've never heard of that channel but it appears to be on channel 748.

My sky jumps from 740 to 758 so I miss out on the 18 channels. It's the new small sky box that works without a sky dish.

@Sam305 You have Sky stream not Sky Q as you posted, therefore your post has been moved to the correct section.

Not all channels available via satellite are on Sky Stream see the channel list https://www.sky.com/help/articles/tv-channel-list-sky-glass
