Re: Temporary change of residence
@Ctoner No, that would be a beach of the T & C which states Stream pucks and Sky Glass can only be used at the registered address.
There is nothing stopping you from using Sky Go on laptop etc for the duration.

This is a grey area around T&C. As @GD1 suggests, strictly speaking it can be argued you can't do this. But, in my view, you are moving and living somewhere else even though it's only for a short period. If it were me, I would inform Sky that I were moving to the new address then, when it's time to return home, inform them again that you are moving home.
As a caveat, presumably you are going to stay with someone to recuperate? The above is only an option if that household currently has no Sky account at all.

There certainly is no grey area. It states quite explicitly that it is against your terms and conditions to use your Sky Puck at a different address that is not the registered address and that you may be charged an extra fee for doing this. Personally I don't think it's the best advice to give someone that they should lie just to try and cheat the system.

But you're allowed to move house, change your address and take your Stream with you. That's what the OP is doing, albeit temporarily. The grey area surrounds what constitutes moving house.

There was a similar post a month or so ago and one of the CM's chipped in saying that it's not black & white and advised the OP to contact Sky and have a conversation 👍
