We have had the Sky Stream pick for 2 months and have been regularly using Apple TV+ on it.
At least a week ago, it stopped working - it hangs when launching the app on the black screen with white tv+ logo. All other apps are working.
We have tried:
1. Turn stream puck off/back on again including unplugging
2. Refreshing the apps
3. deleting the device on apple website to prompt reauthentication
4. Waiting for days to see if it fixes
5. Checking this forum and Google for solutions
6. Waiting on the screen in case it times out, but it's stuck
I can press the home button and it will take me to the sky menu and we can use other apps okay.

Sorry - I didn't see any invite, I checked all day on Sunday, but have been working since then and just returning home now.
