I was having issues on my Sky Glass mainly getting into the Apple TV app, it kept logging me in/out the app then not loading anything i clicked to watch. I saw on a chat that someone was advised to do a complete factory reset which i did and that seemed to work that evening but now i'm having the same issue again ?

Have you tried a refresh apps?

I've no idea if it works or not as I gave up using the apps on my puck, but this is what Sky usually recommends.

Also note it can take up to 24 hours for the app refresh to take affect. So i'd suggest kicking it off but then not trying to open Apple TV app for 24 hours.

It's real shame the Sky Streaming devices don't support the Apple TV app😉

Is the only solution a complete factory reset?
Do the messaging team know?

No - factory resets should not just be done willy nilly.
