Not turning on

Got my sky stream today and it turns on sky logo comes on then it goes off and just says no signal

I got through the whole set up went out come home and I had to reset it up all again then it says I have no subscription with sky

Have you tried rebooting it by turning it off at the plug for a couple of minutes?
