There is a known issue with Amazon Prime. Best to use the app on your smart TV, or streaming stick until it's resolved.

I had loads of issues with prime showing the "something wrong" after adverts especially on Clarksons Farm.

The werid part, unplugging the puck, throwing it on the floor, plugging it back in, resolves it, every single time. Not that I recomend it, but it works. I just emailed to give notice to cancel sky stream anyway, getting useless!

I have sky puck, but I can't watch shows on Amazon prime, it plays the adverts and then shows a something went wrong message. Have tried turning everything off and on again. Have tried signing out of prime. Nothing working! Any ideas?

@JemimaLyes   You could try an App refresh.  Go to Settings, System management, Reset & update, and select App refresh.  It take a few minutes but will return you to the Homw screen.  Not strictly necessary but I go straight back in as above and select Restart device.  I hope that helps.

I have been a Prime subcriber for a number of years with no problem. However now I can't watch Prime on my Sky Stream, I get the home page, I can watch the trailers, but as soon as I click to watch a message says-sorry can't there's a problem go to amazon help, which I have but it's no help. I can watch on all my other devices, but not the TV. I can watch MGM and Prime sports through Prime on the TV. I have tried signing out and back in again, resetting the apps through settings, unplugging and plugging back in.

I contacted  Sky who said it was probably a subscription problem, it's not.

Has anyone any ideas....I am about to contact Prime.

It's a known issue that Sky have been investigating for a few weeks now. No timeline for a fix. 

Just use the Prime Video app on any other device.

Have tried this and still not worked. Have also factory reset the puck and still not working!

There is another post on this board with some one having similar problems.  Look at the past tittle" Amazon prime issues "It been suggested there is a problem with the Sky stream app on sky steam  and Sky are aware about it. It should work any other device you can use,
