Amazon Prime app fault on Sky Puck
This issue happens a lot. Using my Sky Puck and the Amazon Prime App, I go to watch a film and it comes up with a page, after all the ads have played, "Sorry there is a problem. Try later"
I've tried different programs and a lot of them come up with the same message. I have done a software update on the puck, as told by someone at Sky Help and even clicked on the App Refresh/update on the settings. But the problem continues. If I use my smart TV and use that App I can watch films without an issue. So the issue is embedded in the app on the puck or with the puck. As you can't actually check the apps version it is difficult and also the updates on the puck have to be done by the user and not an automatic thing.
Why doesn't the Amazon Prime App work properly on the Sky Puck?
thanks

Nobody knows. It apparently hasn't worked properly for weeks. Neither Sky nor Amazon seem to be able to fix the Prime Video app on SkyOS so you're best off using it on your smart TV or on another dedicated streaming device.
