Sky capuck
My sky stream puck keeps loosing picture and then no sound, its Been happing for months now. Numerous phone calls and saying bad wifi, even though its 4 mertes on wifi. And no better with ethernet cable so can't be wifi, done all settings still no better, and just excuse after excuse (try wifi booster) I'm not paying anymore for sky's poor excuses..
