Hi buddy I completely appreciate your message to offer me some help but in the end after phoning them every day for a few days short of a month I had one guy/employee who took the time to properly help me his name was Martin and I'm glad I came across him! He was the kind of guy who would not give up until he sorted the problem for me. I was meant to be getting a call from the complainant department yet it didn't happen so after being given 6 separate numbers to call they were still the wrong numbers but on the positive side this guy Martin from the service dept went way above and beyond and he managed to get my service back up an running so thank you Martin and I hope you end up with a managerial position because in my opinion you deserve it for sure.....

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Jase74__
Go to Sky.com and sign in then go to: https://www.sky.com/productsettings/streaming-tv/activate
You will then be asked to put in the code shown on screen. Note you have to be signed in with the same sky id / email address that the order was place with.
If that doesn't work you will need to speak to Sky as we are fellow subscribers here on the forum.

@Jase74__ Sky actually have a process where you can submit your appreciation for a staff member you think has gone above and beyond for you, and they will make sure that employee receives your message. If you read this part of the forum it will explain the process and how to submit: https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/Send-Thanks-to-Sky/idb-p/sendthanks
