I have been given a sky stream puck as mine has a fault. Can I transfer my current services to this old puck so I can watch sky tv.

Re: Sky stream
You'll need a Whole Home subscription to use a second puck🤔
Have you informed Sky your current loaned puck is defective and requires replacement?

When did you sign up to Sky Stream in the first place? If it was after February 2023 then all Stream pucks belong to Sky and they will replace any which are faulty whilst you pay for a streaming TV subscription. There is no charge for the replacement.
Who 'gave' you this other Stream puck? Be aware that if it is not a previous customer-owned puck, ie one that was purchased from Sky before February 2023, then you may have stolen property on your hands.
Sky will request your faulty puck back (if it's not customer owned) when your subscription ends - they are all logged by serial number on your account.
You can watch your current Sky subscription channels via the Sky Go app in the meantime.
You only need the Whole Home pack if you intend on having more than one puck at your home address in use at the same time.

It depends on who give you the puck and how old it is.
If it was purchased by the previous owner pre February 2023 (somebody correct me if I've got the dates wrong!) then it can be used. If afterwards then the puck was loaned to the previous owner and cannot be used on another account.

Did you receive a reason why your order was cancelled?
