Why am I being threatened with this. I contacted sky 2 weeks ago and sorted it out , now I have had another email!

This is a customer helps customer community so no one here can answer that. Presumably sky belive you have been using your puck outside of it's registered address which is against the t&C's.
You will need to call sky again.

@askingaquestion The contract restricts use to the single residential address registered with them. That excludes use in a caravan, holiday home etc
Sky appear to look at the public IP address the pucks use connect to their servers. If they see pucks on the same account connecting from different IP addresses that can trigger the warning.. There are legiitimate reasons for pucks at the same residential address to be using different internet connections if thst applies to you argue your case but for simplicity ensure the pucks use the same connection.

@askingaquestion What's the background to this?
As per the other replies this charge would only occur if it's been identified the Pucks are using different IPS
