Adding Sky Stream to another room

I recently got sky stream which is working out well. I want to add it to another room but when I try the virtual assistant it directs me to change my account but it's greyed out and won't let me. I suspect I need to buy or rent another puck but cannot find how to do so? Any ideas anyone as I can't imagine I'm the only one wanting do this!

You'd need to add the 'Whole Home' subscription supplement first: once that's in place, ordering additional pucks should become possible.
