I have no idea how to get it then, I rang customer services and she told me that I had to pay £6 a month, she wasn't very polite either and asked if calls were recorded then I got put through to another person and again very unhelpful and they even seen I had been with sky for only a few days and still couldn't honour the offer even though I told them it was in front of me

Perhaps you should've added ad skip once your puck was set up. I did that when I joined, took delivery of the puck and added ad skip a few days later in the app. If your order hasn't progressed too far, cancel the ad skip now and add it during next week. The offer is on for a while yet.

Usually I'd suggest perhaps the T&Cs are omitting you for some reason but as you are a new customer I can't really imagine what sort or T&C would make you illegible.

Thank you for your reply, I didn't know about ad skipping so wouldn't have added it but as it's a Black Friday deal I thought I would take up the offer
