Hi,
During decorating, I had to unplug my Sky Stream puck, but when I plugged it in again, I had to do a hard reset. Now it shows on the screen the number I need to put in the activation page, but it keeps telling me "Ooops... there has been a problem". I spoke to one of you operatives yesterday and he said he couldn't do anything if the page was not working for me. I've checked and double check that I am using the right credentials to log in. I even reset the password and tried again, but still not working. Please help....

When you are trying to access the activation page have you tried on a couple of different web browsers or devices? Also if you have a VPN running on your device you are best to disable it when trying to access parts of Sky.com as that is known to cause issues accessing some pages.

Once logged in go to https://www.sky.com/productsettings/streaming-tv/activate This is where you can enter your activation code.
During setup you must also be using the same email that is registered to your account.
If you are not logged in you will get generally get an error message of "Oops there's a problem”
