I am unable to sign in to my account
Correct username, correct password
When asked to enter postcode it tells me to enter a valid UK postcode
I have spoken to an advisor who advised to clear all browsing history or to download the app
Have done both, still not able to get past enter postcode
My viewing goes live tomorrow so really really need to be able to log into my account

Are you typing in the post code correctly (ie using an "0" instead of an "O", that type of thing). Type the post code that you're using into your search engine and see if it's recognised.
