I’m trying to activate my account but it states “oops there has been a problem” “call a sky expert”. I can't call now because of your working hours. Please help!!

@Chiedu Welcome to the forum. This is a customer help customer public forum so you are not actually addressing Sky by posting here. If you are not signed into your MySky account you will usually receive this Oops error message but there can be other causes.
If you are not signed into your My Sky account sign in at https://www.sky.com/mysky
During setup you must also be using the same email that is registered to your account.
Once logged in go to https://www.sky.com/productsettings/streaming-tv/activate This is where you can enter your activation code that appeared on your screen during setup.
