I’m trying to activate my account but it states “oops there has been a problem” “call a sky expert”. I can't call now because of your working hours. Please help!!

@Chiedu Welcome to the forum. This is a customer help customer public forum so you are not actually addressing Sky by posting here. If you are not signed into your MySky account you will usually receive this Oops error message but there can be other causes.
If you are not signed into your My Sky account sign in at https://www.sky.com/mysky
During setup you must also be using the same email that is registered to your account.
Once logged in go to https://www.sky.com/productsettings/streaming-tv/activate This is where you can enter your activation code that appeared on your screen during setup.

I did get my activation linked eventually. I had to reset the TV and router, (switching both off for a few seconds). Then I switched the router on, once that was running okay, I switched the TV and box and started the activation again and it worked at sky.com/activatenow. It could be the Internet explorer, maybe worth changing to a different one. I used the Sky app and got to customer service. It took a short while. I hope this works for others.

Still waiting for a call from yourselves sky has thoroughly been reset still no active service

Do you mean mediator I've had a week without my sky because you say you have cancelled I didn't your still charging me why

@Tracey80 We are customers like yourself, you need to call Sky Customer Services.
If Sky is your mobile provider you can phone them by dialling 150.
If it is not your provider follow this link https://www.sky.com/help/home and scroll down to need more help, click on this and you will see an 0333 phone number to use to call Sky. Unfortunately I cannot include the actual phone number as the forum filters will block it.

It's a load of **bleep** they take the money from my account and their looking for me to pay again I should be looking at the channel now I rang sky yesterday and still nothing I want my money back

I'm having the same issue only the error message reads 'This page is restricted' every time I try to access the link above you e included in your reply and it's the same link the sky support lady text me and I tried whilst I was on the phone to her.
even she couldn't understand why it wouldn't work and we ran out of time so she's calling me back tomorrow but I've been trying again tonight but still says 'page is restricted 😓

I've got discovery plus & Wen I open the app it gives me every channel it's ment to except TLC Wen I try it takes me to try again or back wiçh both do nothing?

I don't remember ever doing this.
I have sky stream. If I go into my MySky app it says awaiting activation & will auto update after 21 days
everything seems to be working fine tbh.
do I need to activate and where would I find the activation code
