Activate discovery plus

Trying to activate discovery plus on sky stream for over a week now , 

Any idea what is the problem 

Is the issue with sky or discovery

Go to the homepage scroll down to the my sky open it and check  it is activated in there

Hi @Patrick2026 and welcome to the forum.

You should be able to register by doing the following:  Use the voice command "My Sky" and then select the following:  your products / (enter your PIN) / App Subscriptions / Current / and then Discovery + Monthly. Hopefully it will say £0 per month whilst you have a Sky TV subscription.  If so select Activate subscription.

Had the same problem yesterday, had to refresh my apps on the puck. Works fine today.
