MYSKY_2002 and Sky subscriptions still processing
Hello, new member and first time post.
My Sky puck was delivered and set up last Tuesday (30th Sept) but unfortnately it doesnt appear to be fully active.
When I look in My Sky > Your Products > Sky Subscriptions, both Netflix and Sky Ultimate TV are still showing as 'processing'.
It is also showing two pucks; one as active and one awaiting delivery, I only ordered one which is the active one.
Furthermore as part of my package it includes Discovery+ but when I try to set this up I get the error MYSKY_2002.
Not sure what the fix is, I spoke to Sky CS and not much further forward. Any guidance is appreciated.

I'm having the same problem.. everything is still saying processing and received 2 pucks and set them up Monday night but still says I'm waiting for another 2 to be delivered. I have read that it can take up to 48hrs to fully activate . If no improvement tomorrow I will be calling sky

Hi Justyd,
Mine was deliveried and set up last Tuesday (30th Sept) I only ordered one which was sent and received fine but my account is also showing another one waiting to be delivered which is incorrect. I phoned Sky again today and no help at all, told me to wait another 72 hours! Sadly not a great first impression.
