Hi,
I have just signed up to sky TV and broadband and the man I spoke to said that I would be able to access sky via the sky go app before my installation date. I have tried this however am unable to gain access as it says I need a valid Wi-Fi connection but I was told I would not need this and could access it without. Thanks in advance.
