Absolute joke of a product

IMG_3384.jpeg

I've been using the sky streaming puck for over a year now. It worked fine for a while but then we started to have issues. Just recently we moved house and since then I can't seem to make it work. I even got a new puck and still no joy.

The issue is the same thing always "wait for your program to load" and after that a nice beautiful blue screen. I tried to reset, hard reset, factory reset, prayer, burning sage but it doesn't want to work! Absolute joke of a product that I'm paying £109 per month for!!!

Oh and don't start me on the cancellation process!!

You need  to call sky about this issue and also you should  not do a factory reset without taking to a sky advisor as this can cause  more problems than it solves

@Laz5

I see you have tried many things.

Often the software update issue is resolved by doing the recovery procedure on step 2 or the forced update procedure on step 3 of this Sky help article;

Plus, if you are using wifi, try temporarily connecting with an ethernet cable doing the above procedures.

Note: we have been informed that it is not recommended to do a factory reset, unless Sky have advised and you are on a call with Sky at the time.

It can cause some ongoing account issues that only Sky can fix.

OK, so what else has changed?

What's the new broadband and WiFi setup?
