AMP1003 - Sky Sports Doesn't Work

I'm trying to watch a game on Sky Sports+, but after a few seconds of play it cuts out and I get an error message (AMP1003 / ad50752).  I've tried resetting the puck but I get the same error.  Does anyone know how to sort this out?
