No ability to watch F1 unless live?!

Not for the first time there is no ability to watch F1 unless it's live, I can watch the race build up, chequered flag and all other sessions but not the race. I e tried adding to my playlist but it just takes you to the F1 section. I could kind of get it if it was a timing thing, but why can I watch chequered flag? This happens every weekend with sky stream unless you watch live. The titles and descriptions are so bad I've just clicked on chequered flag and seen the podium at the start of the program. I'm finding similar problems. I started watching the Brazilian race last night, went to continue watching tonight and it's no longer in my playlist only the pre and post race coverage. I think it's because they're repeating it tonight, but that's not good enough it was available and should still be available. I'm also getting the same problem with it skipping forward 30 seconds at a time. Totally unacceptable service from Sky.
