Anyone else having the same issue? Rebooted several times and of course Sky have made it impossible to speak to anyone now

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Vivian5 I have been watching Sky through my Stream puck since 5pm without a hint of a problem so I suspect the issue is at your end. I note you have rebooted your puck but have you also tried rebooting your router.
Put Glass to Standby and then unplug both your Glass TV and router. Leave for a couple of minutes and the plug your router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting. Once it has rebooted plug your glass TV back in and when that has also rebooted hopefully it will have removed any software glitches in both devices.

Yess mine is terrible I can't watch anything it just freezes

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Jesse4 , @Vivian5 fine here too, so as @Fothergill1 posted, it's an issue at your end - probably your wifi if that's how your Puck is connected.
