5 App.

Have the sky streaming Puck, everything is fabulous except for the 5 app, no loading, just buffering continuously. I've seen others have complained and I've tried all suggestions to no avail, I'm registered for the app just will not load. But I can load on my phone!

Can someone suggest something else other than refreshing, unplugging and restarting. TIA.

Try refreshing the apps from the settings or power down the stream and switch it back on again to see if it resolves the issue @Sqwowsers31

Same issue here. Restarting and refreshing doesn't absolutely nothing. Still buffering. Have to switch to the 5 app on the Samsung tv instead...which has Ads!

Personally I wish viacom had merged the 5 app into pluto which was their original plan
