Can only get bbc and itv channels, paying £15 sub , help

You should have access to the channels that are included in the £15 package. Can you please try Sky Atlantic and Sky sports news ? If these don't work, unplug your box at the mains and switch back on. If this doesn't work. - call Sky. You do know that there is a very limited amount of channels available on the £15 package ? You need the Sky ultimate package for the whole host of channels (excluding  premium)

As @Jason+Golding indicates, Sky 'Essential TV' doesn't include most of the Sky and other subscription channels: that's how it can be so much cheaper than the regular service tier on Stream.
